Ok I have just filled the pot up to the useable mark, you can see this rim in the photo about an inch below the lip.

Looks like amazon and the rest of us are all wrong!

Anyone like to hazard a guess? ;)

Yep your spot on at 13 l and filled to the usable mark is 11l  ;D Yay ! Well worked out there!

This puts it as a very usable pot for making Base, in fact I better order another !! ;)
