By the way, many thanks for that tarka dal recommendation, it was lovely although I prefer putting tomato in it. Still need to buy some turmeric so haven't really had a proper tarka dal yet.

Just surprised how much I like lentils. Really quick to prepare too. I think the last time I had lentils was when I was 10 years old hehe.
