All purpose seasoning

RGeoffeading a typical Base recipe have come across All purpose seasoning.What constitutes All purpose?

When I have it in, I use it instead of salt in curry recipes as it is mostly made up of salt anyway.

Rice Flour, Sugar, Paprika 6%
Garlic 5%
Onion 4.5%
Pepper 3.5%
Celery Seed, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Cardamom, Clove, Chilli, Nutmeg, Vegetable Oil, Colour.

Rajah -  Salt 67% - Paprika, Black Pepper, Sugar, Mustard, Bay Leaves, Cumin, Anti-Caking Agent (E551), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Chilli, Celery Powder.

Thanks all for your input,to be fair theres not too many Base recipes I have used that have stated their use,all comments noted and will be used accordingly.

its a pretty good packet to have on hand (small 100g). yes much salt. not convinced it works in base. i use in some recipe (butter chicken and patia)
