Nature of my trade, meant that being outside, stretching in lousy weather,or nosebleeders in wet trenches.Hence rheumatism/arthritis,curries have got to be good for me,haven,t they?
I keep taking the painkillers, there,s no way I would give up curries(all these spices are no good for you)!!!
My older relatives love them so that,s good enough for me.I still want to be playing guitar(badly),that,s

something I,m not giving up,plus the odd wee dram and Guiness.I seriously reckon thats not a bad diet.

Curries, guitar, a wee dram and Guinness? Must be good for you, G! Certainly works for me. :)

I'm not sure about the medicinal attributes of curry regarding arthritis, but if it is going to help your fingers then give it a go.

Voltarol gel m8 - applied !! - not eaten.  That should reduce inflammation - works for me.

Ha! Thanks Phil, I have no idea why I was incapable of finishing the sentence there. But I meant, make a tea out of chopped tumeric and ginger. That will do the job on most stuff, from hangovers to muscular, stomach pains etc.

Nope. I buy  1kg bags of Powdered Tumeric for her, which she adds to her horses food as a supplement along with the apple cider vinegar and killed brewers yeast.
