All, I know you're not used to a thread staying on topic for so long, but can we at least keep this one on the rails please    And please no insults , hair pulling, sratching, name calling, hand bags or anything of that ilk.  Would make a pleasant change to have a thread on just food (comfort food, which i believe in, if you prefer) and nothing else but food.  Thank you   Now i must go and put my vindaloo on
