Fresh Curry Leaves

Fresh curry leaves does any of you use them? I sometimes use them but the dried ones have no flavour in my opinion.

I use them a lot fresh in traditional style south-Indian curries. I also use them for making south India style curry powders. Don't bother with dried ones, they have no taste. The fresh ones on the other hand are very pungent. Here's something I made a couple of weeks ago using curry powder and fresh.

Yes - i use them - especially in Dhal curries - i have been lucky enough to grow some and after a hard cut back a few weeks ago they are fantastic - its dark here now but will try and gt a pic

Are they easy to grow in the UK?  I've seen some plants for sale on the web.

Ader1 to be honest - NO idea
I grow them in Thailand and they grow really well.

A good tip is NOT to be frightened in pruning - the growth is astounding afterwards.

The stockists I get them from often runs out he claims that they go out of season I wonder does any one grow them in the UK
