As you can prob see in the image I have managed to eliminate the flat crispy bottom problem most Naan breads suffer from.

I was asking a serious question actually; you said you had eliminated  the flat crispy bottom, but I don't see that in your images. Besides, the flat, crispy bottom has been eliminated from non-tandoor naans for quite some time.

Personally, I quite like a flat crispy bottom......sometimes even on my naans.
