Inspired Beef Madras

Inspired by a couple of good cooks I decided to make a beef Madras tonight

In the pan

In the serving dishes

On the plate

Best, Rich

Looks lovely, LIS. Best looking Madras I've seen for a while.

That third pic particularly would grace the front page.

Great stuff.

2nd picture reminds me when we used to have an old dining table and every now and again the leg would come loose sending the plates sliding down to the other end of the table, luckily we were prepared for the possible occurance so never lost any food  :)

Good looking curry, the last photo looks like a beef tikka Madras.

I definitely like the look of that curry, Rich! Beautiful consistency. Is it a standard-ish Madras recipe or do you have some tweaks of your own?

A beauty Rich.....very impressive.  Looks like most of the contents of the serving dish ended up on the plate - and I can't say as I blame you for that!!

It'll be good to read your reply to Naga, too.

Best
Al

X rated curry porn...

No mistake there, Dave. Rich's Madras looks so good, I could almost sample it (I wish) from the photo!
