Cartons of yogurt are the size you have for home little pots - hold about 4 heaped tbsp.

Green Cardamoms

This is so easy and tastes superb! The pressure cooker does it all -

best, Rich

I have made this on Thursday , I left if over night and ate it on Friday as I like the flavours to develop , I do a lot of this style of cooking , I discovered I no longer have a pressure cooker so I did it in a heavy casserole dish on the gas ring instead. I managed to get the shanks nice and tender in just two hours. It turned out really well, I really enjoyed it, highly recommended .
With this style of cooking I generally like to use fresh curry leaves which I believe gives it a bit extra flavour but that's up to you its just my personal preference.

Hi Rich you're very welcome, that's what it's all about , trying new recipes out. This is a damn good recipe , my daughter is a keen cook & she is also making it over the weekend.
Regards Bob.

Very nice and stove top too!

To be honest it is a very easy recipe - mind you most of mine are - dont get a lot of time to mess around in the kitchen these days - with messing around in the kitchen everyday (work)

best, Rich
