Ingredients
15kg Chicken Breast

10th scale:

1.5kg Chicken Breast – Chopped
45ml Oil
19g Garlic Puree
19g Ginger Puree
35ml Tomato Puree – Dissolved in 100ml of hot water
10g Spice Mix
10g Curry Powder
600ml Kashmiri Masala Paste
5g Salt
45g White Sugar
100g Coconut Milk Powder mixed with 2 Litres Semi Skimmed Milk
250ml Base Sauce
100ml Fresh Cream
2 Banana’s – peeled, cut in half lengthways and then chopped into 3 (each half)
10g Fresh Coriander – Finely Chopped

Smaller scale:

500g Chicken Breast – Chopped
15ml Oil
6g Garlic Puree
6g Ginger Puree

200ml Kashmiri Masala Paste
2g Salt
15g White Sugar

84ml Base Sauce

1 Banana’s – peeled, cut in half lengthways and then chopped into 3 (each half)
3g Fresh Coriander – Finely Chopped

Its 6000ml to 15kg chicken in original Phil, so think his maths is correct. Think it's 1.5kg chicken in the 1/10 recipe.

Yep, no probs, but must admit the full stops and commas don't show up too well.
