Beautiful Tikka
« on: May 16, 2016, 08:59 PM »
My latest attempt to make tikka style chicken - this is how the restaurants make it :)

See the lovely red colour with all natural ingredients. Note. also how the marinade has penetrated the chicken, turning the white meat a golden pink/red.

Purely magical :)

Very nice, Garp.  But what did it look like /before/ you applied the graduated tint in Picasa ?! :)

Really ?  I'd never have guessed (apart from the fact that the hue was over-saturated, totally unrealistic and spilled over onto the plate) !
