Are images 2 & 3 of the same dish but taken under different lighting (or with different exposures), Bob ?

Hi Phil Opps I've posted the same curry, one with and one without the flash! I've rectified this now,
For the record, photo three is my dish this is chicken tikka methi
Photo four is called Bagum Bhara this is a mix of chicken tikka and lamb mince! One of the wife's favourites

And the kebab, I'm guessing, is what passes for a shami in Sheffield?

I often get a chicken madras with a layer of keema on top.  Delicious.

Down at the Shapla they are called Reshmi Kebabs on the menu! See my previous post on this restaurant ! What passes for a shami in your neck of the woods
