It was very tasty but it doesn't completely lose the baked lamb flavour and become overpowered with Indian spices. It does not taste like a lamb curry and is still very much just a spiced leg of lamb but well worth the effort. Let us know how you go when you get to it.
Whiskey is the answer, but what was the question?

Will do, .....I might actually sous vide it after marination then put it in the tandoor, the weather is looking good next week to give it a go.
