Friday Night Curry
« on: March 02, 2019, 11:37 AM »
After a bit of reading up, searching recipes I had a crack at a Phaal.
Not wanting to go down the excessive chilli powder route I blitzed a load of finger chillies and some green nagas
The heat was spot on and far better than chilli powder heat
Next time I’ll be cutting back on oil and tomato purée content

I made enough for 2, so I still have some left in my fridge, I could have it for breakfast  ;)
But I’m saving it for tea
