I use mustard oil in Tikka, never done it with 65 but its a thought, do you not use mustard seeds and curry leaves in yours Chewy?

65 is Indo-Chinese, curry leaves, YES, mustard NO. It’s not Tikka as such.
More like Indian Pakora, deep fried. KFC etc...
