I will try to photograph the rest of the process but I can't guarantee it.
Very nice (apart from the veg!). One question, if I may ? From the photographs, the heat emanates from the bottom of the tandoor; are the kebabs at the top cooked as much as those at the bottom ? Oh, and a cultural question, now that I've looked at the photographs again — have Australians adopted the American practice of eating only with a fork, or are the knife and spoon simply out of frame ?** Phil.
