Am I the only one noticing a surge in BIR content on YouTube, since lockdown started?  It seems like a lot of professionals chefs whose establishments have temporarily closed are starting YouTube channels.

Excellent idea.  If you provide the starting list, I can use my "Moderator" privileges to add new entries to it as they are reported even after you are unable to modify it yourself, so rather than having multiple copies we can have exactly one reference copy.
