late night intro

Only found out about curry base last week and have just made my best ever curry as a result (thank you Glebe's and Latif's Inspired's youtube channels), but have got loads of Qs so figured I'd join up and get asking. From reading the forum a bit everyone seems chill

PS Was gonna call myself Curry Bradshaw but I've never seen SITC so figured I'd best not
