Bone-in mutton
« on: September 04, 2020, 09:47 AM »
Looking for a good (probably trad) curry for a load of this; thoughts? Slowish stovetop job I was thinking, rather than the actual crockpot,  but I doubt that would affect the recipe. Cheers!

That looks great Phil, and from one of our most recent members! The paprika paste is...sexy   :love eyes:  I guess that must have a low, but persistent heat behind it?

It's just the thing I was looking for, Phil

I've forwarded Phil's transcript to you, vinitinto, in the interest of paying a little forward  :)

Thanks very much, Phil, that's extremely useful. I'm thinking of adding a little tomato puree to the paprika paste to complement, rather than replace, it. Have you made this yet?

No, I need to drive to Plymouth for bone-in goat/mutton, and I go there only infrequently.
