TWO YEARS HR?!  :o

Puris are just great aren't they?  So simple to make and kids love 'em with sugar sprinkled over the top! (taste a bit like a jam doughnut...without the jam!).  They also keep well and microwave well with a sprinkle of water over the top of them (the puris, I mean, not the kids!)  8)

I have never made any to be honest but it seems very easy, round our way the BIRs do a prawn puri or puree, prawns on the bread with a spicy sauce that is delicious I would love to know how they make that :P
