Hi from the UK

Great site

Will have to try some of these out.

Being a big fan of Curry. we visit our local takeaway a minimum of once a week.

I like mine hotish a Madras is a nice easy eating meal where I do like hotter but you tend to loose the taste a little. The wife and Kids like it mild.
So looks like I will have to cook more than one.LOL

See ya all  ::)

Hi geezer,  ;) welcome aboard. Like you, my wife and daughter like mild curry, but me and the boy are MADras addicts. There is plenty to try on this site, the trouble is where to begin. Happy cooking. Let us know how you do..  ;D

I used to use several local takeaways at least once a week (each one depending on the curry I fancied, never found one that did them all the way I like), but now I havent used them for ages, they probably think that something has happened to me!
