new to this bit nervous, mangaged to post a spice paste recipe, dunno how it'll go down. i've tried darthphal's base sauce, waiting til it cools then i'll get going.
great ideas, recipes, chat etc.
hope to get more idea of what i'm doing haha

No need to be nervous at all. Good bunch of folks here. I for am certainly interested in what you have been taught since it came from a credible and very interesting source so no worries ok.
