Do you mean authentic Indian dish or genuine British Indian Restaurant (BIR) dish?

Hi billycat

Welcome to the forum.

You'll need to decide on a base to use first. Then once you've made a base, go onto picking a curry recipe to go with it.

There are a number of bases on the forum but I recommend you read this thread first

Regards

SnS  ;)

go for the saffron base to start with (simple & good). u can reduce the oil substantially if u feel a need on your 1st go.

make a madras using the parker21 method,

Billycat,

well pleased u?re enjoying the site.

if you like chicken tikka masala then u can't go wrong with Curry Kings and Corry Anders tikka. i use evaporated milk instead of cream.
