Sey guys, i want a nice and spicy curry to test my mate's tonges for a party, hehe.
What would you reccomend to put in a curry to really spice it up?

Natco Vindaloo chilli powder.

i picked this up off the shelf without realising - i've had the 400g packet longer than anything else in my store cupboard

If you are just looking for heat try pureed green chillis. You can add them at the frying stage or, to keep a hint of the rawness, put in when adding the base sauce (or both!).

Both sounds very good!
Dont just use a hot chilli powder, the taste wont be so good.
