Hi All,

Here are my Onion Bhajis (Cory Ander), Chicken Tikka (Blade's) and Chicken Tikka Balti (Haldi) - with added decoration - O.H thinks it looks like boobs...

What do you think?

Hey Windybum!

Thanks for taking the time to share your pics with us.

If i can give you a tip? here's what i now do.. when grilling tikka don't cut your breast into bite size pieces before grilling, cut your breast length wise and about inch thickness, then skewer and leave and gap between fillits [ie not crammed] so the ends cook and heat is exposed to the rod so the centers cook quicker [hopefully trapping more moister]. then cut into to bite size pieces.  :)
