Hi all, new member and long time curry lover.Have a great local curry house,from which i get my favourite curry chicken patia.I'm a chef in a local inn and they usually buy there curries in ( i know i'm embarressed :( but ive only just started working there) so im looking to start make my own curries.

welcome zimmy to cr0, you will never buy in another curry once you have sampled the recipes available on this forum mate. they may have to change the name of the inn once you have started cooking them ;D
