BBQ Pinchos Moruneos

would be interesting if anyone knows the "official" Spanish recipe.

this gets pretty close.

pork tenderloin or leg (spice amounts are good for up to 1 kg)
ground coriander 2 tsp
ground cumin 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper 1 tsp
dried thyme 1 tbsp
smoked paprika (Domi's La Chinata) 1 tsp (could use normal)
chopped garlic as much as u like (say 3 cloves to start)
olive oil 2 tbsp

method,

cube the pork and mix the lot in a dish.
marinate for at least 3 days in fridge
put onto skewers and BBQ

if the weather's good it's almost like being in teneriffe!
