1) What type of oil do they use. Do they reclaim it from the base. Do they use old bhaji fryer oil in the base.

I really looking forward to your post from your lesson
But I think the above quoted question could possibly be misconstrued as an insult.
Hopefully the visual evidence might make the enquiry unnecessary
