Chicken and spinach balti
« on: April 19, 2010, 09:29 PM »
Hi all  ;D I'm getting into the chicken and spinach balti in my local t/a and would like to make one this weekend. I've been looking at Dipuraja's chicken balti and am thinking of adapting that one to use spinach. How does this sound to you experts?

Thanks
Paul

Give it a try, but if i was you i would leave out the balti paste, seriously, it'll be nicer without it than with.

Really? Damn kinda bought two pots of the stuff today. Ah well got 4 dishes to make so will experiment a little I think.

What would you suggest as a replacement for the paste?

Hi TyeNoodle.
Try this recipe with a step by step guide further down the page. Make as in recipe and then add the spinach, allowing time for it to cook.
