Hi Jamie,

Where abouts in the country are you? Coconut flour is not the same.

Although there are several brands around including Maggi, I use Cocomi Coconut milk powder.

They do have an e-mail on the box. cocomi@sitnet.lk

You could try e-mailing them to see what UK stockists they have in you're area.

Hope this helps :)

If your after Coconut Milk Powder which as it suggests is made from the milk, then most good supermarkets stock it in one form or another. Coconut Flour is made from the flesh after being dried and ground.

Hi Jamie,

What dish are you intending to make as this will give us a better idea of what it is that you actually need.

Coconut powder/flour has been discussed, debated, and argued to death on this forum quite a few times before.

I think the general consensus was, Coconut powder and coconut flour, was the same thing, dessicated coconut also being the same but more coarse, whereas coconut milk powder was different altogether.

I think for the likes of a Korma or CTM, what is required is coconut flour.

Hope this helps Jamie

Ray :)
