More of Mick's magical mega-base, made with fresh chicken.  MK I recipe with the 2 tsp chilli powder option.  Made two changes to the base; purely for aesthetics.  Upped the turmeric a bit and added 1 (level) tbsp TRS Kashmiri chilli power.  Aspiring to the requested extra-dry reference photo.  Getting there.





Made two.  Had one last night night, 10/10.  Fridge over night for the second (pictured).  Will be reheating it later on this evening.

Seriously, if you haven't made this recipe yet, or struggle to get it right, you are missing out on something very, very special.
