Chicken Madras and Vindaloo Sauce

From a while back (defunct forum).  Chicken Madras (top left) and Chicken Curry.  The two at the bottom are Vindaloo Sauce.  A nice and easy solution if your balti base unexpectedly goes pear-shaped.
