Balti garlic chilli chicken

Out of the fridge and ready for reheating. MDB MKI.  Basic balti method.  Additions:  Kashmiri chilli powder, Rishta garlic pickle (chopped), salt.  A garnish of julienned ginger, fresh sliced green chillies and coriander. 








Bonus. A small side plate of chopped fresh red/green chillies to serve (optional).   


Top banana!
