When I was a kid and in the scouts we cooked haggis one night and it was absolutely marvelous..... until we knew what it was made out of then some of the kids started giving it back!!!! if you know what I mean....... lol

A few years ago I went to a "Burns" night at the golf club, and inevitably haggis was on the menu and it was disgusting!! so bland............

Does anyone have a "GREAT" recipe for haggis? as I am sure they differ just as much as BIR does from region to region.......
