Thai Green Curry

Hi Guys
A picture of a Thai Green Curry that I made, OK I know its not Indian but it was hot & very tasty, if the picture comes out OK then I will post a few of my attempts at the Indian cuisine, thanks to the curry king for the advice of the photo's.

That does look very good!!  That is actually what I am attempting to make next time and have printed out 3-4 different recipes from online last night....where's your recipe??!!  I would love a true and tried one!!

Well Thanks for the comments I will post the recipe and also a great chicken tikka masala recipe which I think is better than any takeaway around, it will have to be done after the weekend though because my daughter is home and you guessed it she just can't stand the smell of all those wonderful spices cooking.
