hi guys

this is only to par-cook the meat so as not to overcook the meat in the final dish, nothing worse than dried out meat in your curry

cheers
gary

I think that depends on how quick you make your curry, after I put my gravy in the chicken would go in and its only another couple of mins and its done, if I put raw chicken in at that point I would have to cook it for 10mins before it was cooked.

It was a very special moment
In all honesty, I must say, it didn't taste very restaurant like
He only took about half an hour to make it
Maybe the trick comes with the cooking of the curry

I had the same thing when I was shown, the first taste was like mmmm nice but it didn't have the "taste".  I went back to it after he had left and it definetley had an element of the "taste", strange.
