Hello everyone,

I think I have found a good base sauce to begin with.

Now I need a good Madras recipe to go with it.

Can anyone help?

I'm a curry lover for the past 30 years.

Just starting to mess with the cooking side of it.

Hello,

Tried CA's base mix yesterday.

I must say, it looks wonderful, & it's turned out just like the photo's he posted.

Thankyou CA from a complete beginer.  :-*

I have a question, & I'm not meaning to sound ungreatfull, but is there any more really good base mixes on the forum.
There does seem to be a lot, & I was just wondering if the more experienced have a top 2.

Much appreciated.

A handy tip is to make sure you use the same mix powder as the base calls for, some bases are spicier than others.

What guitars do you play?

Thanks again mate,

Many over the years.
Been tinkering with them since I was 15.
54 now.
Only have 2 Takamine's left, both acoustic.
A Dreadnaught, & the new Santa Faye.
Fingerstyle, & love a lot of the old Ragtime stuff.

Yourself?

Cool mate, I took up guitar at 15 too, play heavy / progressive rock on an Epiphone goldtop and a fender tele (love Dredg, give 'em a listen if you get a chance).
