Hi Moonster,

Boro fan eh? nowt wrong with that, and they're kind of my second team if you can have such a thing.  I have family from up boro so, out of some misguided loyalty, I kind of adopt the Boro when my beloved United aren't playing.

As for a medium to hot dish, how do like Jal Frezi?  I tend to do mine on the hot side, but there is no problem with reducing the chillies or chili powder to suit.

I'm just about to jump into a taxi at the moment but I will PM you tomorrow with my recipe.

Ray :)

P.S,

Which base and spice mix are you using at the moment?

hi Razor

i have only tryed CA version of the base and spice mix at the moment as i have only done the Chicken ceylon dish so far.
will that make a difference to the recipe you sent me through today? i have only one base left anyway so will be knocking up your version tomorrow and knocking up your spice mix wont be a problem.

your lucky only having them as tour second team you want to try having them as your first :'( :'(

regards moonster

Hi Moonster,

Quote

No, it won't make any difference to the quality of the dish.  CA's base and spice masala are both excellent, and I often switch between his and mine.  It will, obviously taste different but should still yurn out very nice.

As for The Boro, trust me, It's not great being a United fan at the moment, not that we're losing,  just can't get 3 points away from home.

Still, could be worse, I could be a bitter City fan ;D

Ray :)
