Also patti smith group (because the night) etc all fab singers with real bands.

I must get a internet radio as my pc is on
all night in the background playing music.

Almost everything from this show is fabulous. Particularly if you're a fan of Northern Soul as the show was only aired in 1966 and is full of great soul and blues. I have all 6 dvd's.  ;)
Also If you love Freddy King, nothing comes close to the set he did on The Beat 1966.

Saw The Arctic Monkeys here in Perth late last year. Talented band indeed.

Saw The Pogues a few weeks ago at The Blues and Roots festival along with The Specials.

Next "Big" gig for me is an old punk band "The Subhumans in September
