Quick Chicken Tikka

4 Chicken Breasts cut into three strips.
2-4  TBSP Lemon Juice (enough to just coat all the chicken).
1 TBSP Tandoori Masala Powder (Rajah).
2-4 TBSP milk (enough to make the colour a pale pink).
½ Green Pepper chopped very finely.
¼ TSP Dried Mint Leaves (optional)

Put ALL ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands crushing some of the green pepper as you go. Leave for around 20-30 minutes.
Cook in an Oven/BBQ/Grill or even a Griddle pan.
This can be used in any curry dish as well.

This was cooked on a camping gas BBQ. Went down a treat  with 13 people all loving it.
