Ah, fine, understood.  In the past people have inadvertently inserted question marks (or things that appear as question marks) by trying to copy-and-paste fractions from elsewhere, and I wondered if that was the case.  In that case I'll just add "(optional)" to your original so that it is clear to new readers.

Still a superb recipe, and the lack of commercial pastes gives a fresher, less industrial taste IMO.

Looks fantastic as usual. And I agree with Livo-while a good pic of a good curry makes me think "mmm, haven't had a ruby in a while", tikka pics make a dinner fix  :like:
