I don't know, I just did my normal "indian restaurant recipe" search, and it threw it up.
You're right though, we need some more witnessed recipes
These are ok but don't seem "genuine"

I was hoping to get another demo from a chef last week but hes since told us that he's boss has said he can't show anyone how to make curry as its more than hes jobs worth.  I don't wether thats true or just an excuse from him.  Another restaurant ive started going to has a window in the car park that looks right in on the kitchen so I will be peering through there over time and hopefully see whats going on  8)

For those not up on their British colloquialisms, 'to clock' is to watch or see something.

Park a van alongside the window with a hidden camcorder focussed through a hole.

When you get home, watch how your order was made, as you eat it.
