Made this tonight



I reduced mine done a little more than what Chewy did but i thoroughly enjoyed this dish.
I made it with dried mint but will try next time with fresh mint leaves and mint sauce.
My other half liked the taste but not "all the other stuff in it" she doesn't like peppers or onions but i loved it, very nice dish.
I suppose the real taste will come through when fresh mint leaves are used.
