For anyone who can access the video "http://www.southtyneside.com/sizzler/Naga.html". is the above it so to speak or is there anything more in the video.

As far as I can tell from poking about inside, the video is nothing more than this :

It certainly doesn't require Quicktime, which I refuse to install on principle.

I always have naga chicken from my local takeaway which is very good, to me it looks like jalfrezi with spinach ,potato with a little mix veg bhagi and the taste of mr naga.

you're a star many thanks for the link - i could download and use media player.

that was the good news - the video is moving pic of the finished dish so you need to work off Chewytikka's original spec.

going to give it a go on next base which i'm aiming for soon.

A pic and vid of my supper last night
Chicken Naga with Alu Jeera/Okra on the side.
Went really well together, a hot and spicy Bhuna with nutty potatoes. ;D
