Hi all,
stumbled across this site last week after trying to find out how to make that take away tasting curry, just when i thought i wasn't having much luck on youtube, google etc i found this site.

went out and got all the essentials and made my first dhansak last week it was pretty close to a BIR i then realized i had stumbled upon something special.
been beavering away all week, got a freezer full of base, tarka dhall.
made some bhajis, and then tried a korma last night all have turned out well.
oh except my nan breads they still need a bit of work.

so yer thank you all and thank you CA (been using CA recipes mainly)
