Amazon review by "BE" could this be Bruce Edwards?
I have been cooking Indian Restaurant style curries for many years. I am happy to buy just about anything that is published on the subject in the belief that if I find one new idea, it has been worth it. This is the first book of this type I have seen that delivers on its' promise; it gives all the information you need to cook Restaurant style dishes at home. Nothing clever or elaborate, just good basic stuff. For what it is it may appear pricey, but worth every penny, and will give you more useful information than many books of 200 or more pages. Thoroughly recommended.
a cook book with typos and bad grammar but who am i to criticize as long as the curry's turn out be good.
